Return Policy

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Thank you for shopping at Lissy Novelties. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our
craft and customized products. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand
our procedures for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
a- Non-Customized Items:
You may return non-customized items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original
packaging.
b- Customized or Personalized Items:
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of
defects, errors on our part, or damage during shipping.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
a- Non-Customized Items:
 To initiate a return for a non-customized item, please contact our Store at
Sales@lissynovelties.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
 Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the
reason for the return.
 Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
b- Customized or Personalized Items;
 If you customized is defective or there is an error on our part, please
contact us at Sales@lissynovelties.com within 7 days of receiving the
product.
 Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief
description.
 We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping:
a- For non-customized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping
costs.

b- For defective customized items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid
shipping label.

4. Refund Process:
a- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process
your refund within 7 business days.
b- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
c- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
a- If you wish to exchange anon-customized item, please follow the return
process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
b- Customized items may only be exchanged in the case of defects or errors on
our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
a- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
Sales@lissynovelties.com
b- Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief
description of the issue.
c- We will provide instructions on how to return the item or offer a replacement,
as applicable.
